A night of disco and dancing is hoped to be the key to backing a number of local charities.
Taking place at the Red Rose Club on Victoria Road, 'Boogie Nights Ulverston' will entertain residents from 7.30pm on Friday, October 11.
Featuring Touchline Disco, a group based in the region, the evening will feature all the 1970s classics you need to get up on the dancefloor.
With net proceeds going to good causes in the local area, people are encouraged to make the most of the event, including dancing up in their most sparkly outfit and donning a wig or two.
You can get your tickets in advance for just over £7 by visiting the website here, with a limited capacity at the venue ensuring that spaces will be grabbed before long.
