A bakery in Barrow will be hoping that its family values will give it the edge in a new competition.
In August, The Mail launched the 'Best Bakery 2024' awards, starting a hunt for our readers' favourite places when it comes to pies, handmade sandwiches and sweet treats.
Those readers got involved in the campaign to put forward their nominations, with 10 finalists selected from those submitted.
Voting is still open to whittle down that list of 10 to one ultimate champion, with the window closing on Saturday, September 14.
To help celebrate these businesses even further, The Mail has been running a series of special features promoting each bakery.

After a detour to Dalton last time out, we return once again to Barrow, where Daddy's Family Bakery on Cheltenham Street will be hoping to take the crown by the end of the month.
The business has been making a name for itself over the years by expanding what a traditional bakery can offer, with special lunch offers featuring curries, fish and chips, and the occasional giant Yorkshire pudding.
It is that range in its products that has seen a loyal band of customers return frequently, with one commenting: "It's the best bakery about.
"There's nothing better than homemade buns and they're affordable as well compared to other bakeries around here.
"If you visit this bakery, you have to try the footlong hot dogs they do as well- they're amazing again with homemade bread."

The business is managed by Linda Miln and her partner Owain, and was previously located at Barrow Market for a decade before finding its home on Cheltenham Street.
Seven years on from the move, the bakery is going as strong as ever and remains a popular place to visit for locals and visitors alike.
If you believe that Daddy's Family Bakery deserves to be named as the best in Furness, then pick up a copy of The Mail before September 14.
The winner of the new award is set to be announced the week commencing Monday, September 23.
