A new group is opening its doors for the first time this month to support people going through grief.
Organised by St Mary's Hospice, the Bereavement Craft Group will take place at the charity's Community Hub on Duke Street.
The first session is set to happen on Tuesday, September 17, inviting people to open up about their loss or simply open themselves up to some much-needed company.
A spokesperson from the hospice explained: "Losing a loved one can be incredibly isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone.
"Our craft group offers a warm, compassionate space where you can connect with others who understand - whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just exploring creative expression, this group is for you."
