Dozens of properties across Cumbria went under the hammer this week.
Starting at noon on Thursday September 5, Auction House Cumbria held an event at The Halston Hotel on Warwick Road in Carlisle.

Lot 29 was House number 26 on Fair View in Marton, which appeared at auction with a guide price of £95,000.
This terraced cottage is located in a popular village a short distance from town.
The ground floor comprises a porch, lounge, kitchen and bathroom, with two bedrooms to the first floor plus a forecourt and rear garden outside.
The estate agent said it is in need of some updating.
This property sold for £100,000.
Lot 50, Kates Cottage on High Brow Edge in Backbarrow, was withdrawn prior as was Lot 17, apartment 1A at Annisgarth House in Windermere.
Another Lake District property, Lot 13, apartment number 5 the Croft in Clappersgate, Ambleside, was sold prior.
