The Millom and Broughton Show took place on Saturday, August 31, making the most of the sunshine after recent downpours put the event in jeopardy.

As part of the occasion, a raffle was drawn, with the agricultural society sharing this week that it has managed to bring in just over £2300.
Emma Hatton said: "A big thank you to all who contributed to our show Raffle this year, either by selling tickets, buying tickets and of course, donating prizes.
"It's a great contribution to the Millom and Broughton Agricultural Society funds which will help us host future shows."
Various local businesses supported the raffle, including Brockwood Hall Lodges, Cumbria Crystal, the Green Robin Gallery, Wax Lyrical, and Ravenglass and Eskdale Steam Railway.
Their next fundraising efforts, a community breakfast at Victory Hall in Broughton, is set to happen on Sunday, October 6 between 10am and 2pm.
