'Woodland Wellness' has been put together by St Mary's Hospice, based in Ulverston, and will officially launch on Wednesday, October 2.

The idea behind the sessions is to get people with dementia out of their homes, giving them the chance to connect with nature.
A spokesperson from the hospice explained: "Join us for a nature walk through Barrow Park as we celebrate autumn and connect with the beauty around us.
"Designed for those living with dementia and their family carers, our sessions offer a peaceful, supportive space to boost well-being, foster empowerment, and enjoy quality time together.
"Come rain or shine, it’s an experience the whole family will cherish."
