Some Ticketmaster users reported problems with the ticket-selling platform this morning (August 31) before UK Oasis fans rushed to get tickets for the band’s reunion tour.
Users were left unable to load the website after the platform went down.
According to DownDetector, issues started at around 7am with users complaining that they couldn’t get the app or website to load.

The issues started two hours before the Oasis general sale in the UK but one hour before Dublin's tickets went on sale at 8am.
Problems were recorded by Ticketmaster users across the UK on DownDetector including in Manchester, Birmingham and London.
Of the problems reported, 65% relate to the website while 29% of reported problems were related to the app.
A further 6% of problems were linked to ticketing.

One viewer complained on X (formerly Twitter): “@TicketmasterUK trying to get onto your site and just getting this error. Tried different browsers and clearing cache and still not working."
Another said: “i've read through your replies, tried all of the above and i'm still getting the same error response. no webpages (nor the app) is loading".
A third said: "Finally got into the site… but now I’m in a queue… hope it lets me log in before 9am seeing as it keeps logging me out #Ticketmaster".
One Ticketmaster user commented on DownDetector, saying: "Can't log in to Ticketmaster. Gigsandtours won't even load. This is going to be fun. #Oasis".

Ticketmaster down as Oasis fans try to get tickets
The general sale for Oasis tickets takes place at 9am this morning (August 31) on Ticketmaster and other ticket-selling platforms.
Fans have flocked to Ticketmaster to get into the queue before trying to secure tickets.
Ticketmaster responds to reports of problems
Ticketmaster has not confirmed a problem with its site so far, however, it has been offering advice to those who are using the website or app.
When contacted by Newsquest, a Ticketmaster spokesperson said: "The queue is moving along as fans buy tickets. As anticipated, millions of fans are accessing our site so have been placed in a queue.
"Fans are advised to hold their place in line, make sure they're only using one tab, clear cookies, and ensure they aren't using any VPN software on their device."
