A morning of intense exercise in Barrow will be used to raise money for charity later this year.
Organised by Sally Craig, a fitness instructor, the HIIT Company Takeover is happening at Barrow Park Leisure Centre between 10am and 12.30pm on Sunday, October 20.
The sessions will cost £10 to get involved with all funds going towards St Mary's Hospice based in Ulverston.
Sally and her team will push participants to their limits, leading workouts in HIITCARDIO, HIITCIRCUIT and HIITSTEP.
Otherwise known as High-intensity Interval Training, the premise revolves around short periods of exercise with brief recovery periods until the point of exhaustion.
People can take part in all three workout sessions, lasting 30 minutes each, to really put their fitness to the test and to raise as much money as possible for the charity.
If interested, you can message Sally via her Facebook page, with the £10 donation necessary to book a spot.
