These fantastic photos show the 'all-action' display put on by Barrow lifeboat at the weekend.
On Saturday, August 24 the RNLI's annual gala took place on The Green at Marine Terrace, Roa Island.
Organised by Barrow Ladies Guild, the fundraising event saw a thrilling display which showcased the full capabilities of Barrow lifeboat and its crew.

The volunteers based at Roa Island are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Usually, the crew are split into two teams, some inside the cabin and some outside on the steering deck.
Stunning photographs taken by photographer Chris Warner show the crew in action, including demonstrating a complex rescue from the water.
Onlookers can be seen looking off over the pier with other sat in deck chairs enjoying the action.
