DRIVERS are being warned ahead of a three day road closure for broadband works.
A section of Windermere Road near Grange will be closed while Openreach works are carried out.
This is anticipated to start on August 27 and take up to four days to complete.
The exact location of the closure is at B5271 Windermere Road from its junction with Back Lane, extending in a south-easterly direction for approximately 210m.
An alternative route can be found via the unrestricted sections of B5271 (Windermere Road), and B5277 (Lindale Road, Grange Road and The Gill).
A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times
Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained where required for the duration of these works.
