A HOUSING association tenant caused £500 worth of damage to the interior walls, a court heard.
Alexander Bunting, 32, of Duke Street, Askam, admitted causing the damage without lawful excuse on February 21.
The property belongs to Myspace Housing. The charge outlines he either 'intended to destroy or damage such property or be reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.'
He appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates Court in Barrow on August 12. His next hearing will be on September 26.
