In less than two weeks, dozens of lots across Cumbria will go under the hammer.
Auction House Cumbria is hosting an event at Halston Hotel on Warwick Road in Carlisle on Thursday September 5.
These pieces of land in Furness will be sold off to the highest bidder.
Lot 19 is a plot of land adjacent to The Cedars, on Abbey Road in Dalton.
This parcel of land enjoys a rural location and will appear at auction with a guide price of £15,000.
The site is mainly made up of woodland and is approximately 0.6 acres in size.
The estate agents said buyers are required to make their own inquiries regarding any planning permission.
It is described as an ‘excellent’ investment opportunity.
Lot 49 is a plot of land, including a pier, at the western end of Parklands Drive, Askam-in-Furness.
Askam Pier will appear at auction with a guide price of £5,000.
It offers ‘fantastic’ views of the Irish Sea and western Lakeland fells and was originally constructed to serve the Iron ore mining industry.
This is a ‘unique opportunity’ to purchase approximately one acre of land overlooking the Duddon estuary.
There is a gap from the mainland to the pier and a bridge has been installed to link the two.
