A MAN from Barrow will appear in court charged with several offences including sending explicit images to a 'child'.
Dale Wadeson, 53, will face charges - all of which were said to have taken place last year.
Between March 5 and March 24, Wadeson was said to have engaged in sexual communication with a person who he did not reasonably believe to be 16 including the sending of images.
He is also accused of making seven Category A indecent photographs of children, three Category B photographs, and 30 Category C photographs.
Wadeson, of Risedale Road, was said to have been in possession of three prohibited images of children.
He has also been charged with the possession of 23 images which portrayed, in an explicit and realistic way, a person performing an act of intercourse with an animal.
Wadeson will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Thursday (August 22).
