A MAN is set to appear in court after being charged with being the owner of a dangerously out-of-control dog.
The charge says the incident involved a brown Mastiff Cross injuring a woman on March 29 this year.
Nathaniel Shaw, 20, has been charged after the alleged incident on Chester Street in Barrow.
Shaw, of Low White Close in Barrow, will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Thursday.
