A new bus service for Millom and Haverigg has been announced - re-instating a discontinued route.
Cumberland Council ha rolled out a range of proposals that it says are designed to 'transform the bus network'.
As part of the plans, Route M1: Millom Town Service, operated by Stagecoach, will launch this autumn.

The local authority says it collaborated with local members, bus operators, and community stakeholders.
According to Cumberland Council, the re-introduced route, which includes Haverigg, aims to strengthen community connections and boost local engagement.
Tom Waterhouse, Managing Director of Stagecoach, said: "We are proud to be working in partnership with Cumberland Council on the first phase of the Bus Service Improvement Plan.
"We have a shared ambition to grow the local bus network here in Cumbria, connecting more communities and making it easier to travel in a more environmentally sustainable way.
"We are excited about growing the local bus network together."
Timetables will be available in the next two to four weeks.
