A COUPLE who met on a night out had a 'magical' wedding day with 82 guests in Furness.

Louise Richardson, now Mason, a 43-year-old care home worker tied the knot to Tony Mason, a 51-year-old engineer at BAE Systems.

The couple from Barrow met on Cornwallis Street on a night out.

Louise said: "He made me laugh and his dance moves were awesome. He liked my smile and sense of humour."

The pair got engaged on a beach on holiday in Spain with their two children present.

"I had no idea he was going to propose, especially in front of lots of on-lookers," said Louise.

They tied the knot on Saturday, July 20 with 82 guests from friends and family. They picked the Olde Mill in Bardsea as the place for their special day as they 'fell in love' with its location.

Talking about the day, Louise said: "The day was magical, the weather was just right, sunshine for the pictures on the beach and for drinks in the garden area outside where we had a singer to entertain our guests.
