A heart-warming message has been left for farmers outside a post office in a Cumbrian town.
A scarecrow topper was discovered atop of a post box outside Millom post office on St George's Road.
For the past couple of years, many knitted creations have appeared on the post box to the delight of the local community.

Themes have included Halloween, Valentine's Day and Remembrance Sunday.
The crochets are left by the elusive Crochet Fairies and this time, they have left a heart-warming message.
