A man has been left with 'serious injuries' after he was allegedly assaulted in Ulverston.
Cumbria police are appealing for witnesses to the assault which took place on Brogden Street.
The incident occurred between 10:30pm and 11pm on August 8.

One man has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
A spokesperson for Cumbria police said: "Police can confirm we are seeking no other suspects in relation to this incident.
"Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police via www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it quoting log number 275 of 8 August 2024. You can also call 101.
"Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
