Cumbria Police have hailed Kendal Calling 2024 as a "successful event" after 14 arrests were made.
Over the four-day weekend, all the arrests were made on-site, with the majority of festival attendees enjoying the event safely, according to the police.
Superintendent Matt Pearman said: "I’d like to thank the vast majority of festival goers who enjoyed themselves responsibly over the four days.
"We worked closely with partners throughout the festival to ensure attendees were safe from harm."
The effort to prevent illegal drugs from entering the Kendal Calling site was supported by the use of drug amnesty bins.
Officers and event security staff worked together to reduce illegal substances at the festival.
Superintendent Pearman said: "Officers carried out a lot of preventative activity over the weekend and I’d like to thank our dog section, handler colleagues and other officers who worked diligently with event security staff throughout the weekend to reduce the volume of illegal substances brought onto site which could have had serious or even fatal consequences."
Despite the police focus on drugs, the superintendent stressed that crime was extremely low compared to the number of festival goers.
The festival saw performances from big names like Declan McKenna, Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds, The Streets and Paolo Nutini.
