A 'touching tribute' is being made in Ulverston to celebrate the loved ones that people have lost.
To go alongside their upcoming Walk to Remember event in September, St Mary's Hospice is organising a physical way for locals to honour those they are grieving over.

People can buy a ribbon that will display the name of the loved one, which will decorate a special tree at the heart of the celebrations next month.
The tribute is open to everyone, not just those who have accessed hospice services, so that as many people as possible can 'celebrate the lives of those no longer with us in a beautiful and meaningful way'.
All you have to do to get involved is follow the link here and make your donation, with the option to leave the name of the person you wish to honour in the message section.
