A pier overlooking the Duddon Estuary with views to the Irish Sea and western Lakeland fells is for sale.
A piece of commercial land, including a pier, in Askam-in-Furness has joined the market and will appear at auction next month.
Askam Pier, at the western end of Parklands Drive, was originally constructed to serve the Iron ore mining industry.
The lot includes a total area of one acre.
There is a gap from the mainland to the pier and a bridge has been installed to link the two.
The bridge clear span is approximately 4.2m and is in the region of 4.5m wide.
It will appear at public auction on Thursday September 5 at The Halston Hotel in Carlisle.
The pier is being sold by Auction House Cumbria and has a guide price of £5,000.
