A special glow in the dark event earlier this year has managed to raise thousands for a local hospice.
Sinead Davey and her 'Glow Girls' returned for a second time in April to put on the 'Glow For St Mary's' event at Furness College in Barrow.
On Monday, the Ulverston-based hospice revealed that the group's efforts had brought in £2,152, which will go towards funding the charity's services across south Cumbria.
A spokesperson from St Mary's said: "Everyone had a super time and we were delighted to learn that Sinead will be organising another event for us next year.
"A huge thank you to Sinead, her girls and everyone who attended on the day -your support is so very much appreciated."
People paid £10 to get involved in the event that transformed the college into a party like no other, and Sinead will be hoping that they can glow even more brightly in 2025.
