A BARROW pensioner has been jailed for possessing extreme pornographic images involving an animal.
Trevor New, of Rustlings Court, had an image involving a person performing a sexual act on a dog 'in an explicit and realistic way.'
Between 31 May and 1 June, the 73-year-old had three images. He pleaded guilty to the charge at South Cumbria Magistrates on June 6.
He heard his sentence at Preston Crown Court on July 18. He received 14 days in prison for possessing the images.
