Certain train services have been cancelled in Cumbria today following disruption.
Northern shared earlier this afternoon (July 15) that services between Oxenholme and Windermere were being disrupted due to a member of the train crew not being available.
As a result, for the rest of the day, services were cancelled and replaced by road transport.
A full sized bus will depart every hour from Oxenholme, calling at Kendal and Windermere only, starting at 4.45pm until 10.45pm.
A mini bus will depart Oxenholme calling all stations to Windermere at the same times.
A full size bus will depart hourly from Windermere, calling at Kendal and Windermere only at 5.07pm until 10.07pm, with a mini bus departing at the same time from Windermere to all stations towards Oxenholme.
A full sized bus will then depart Windermere at 10.47pm, calling at Kendal, Oxenholme, Lancaster and Preston, with a minibus leaving at the same time for all stops to Preston.
