A branch of McDonald's in Barrow has reported a case of criminal damage to the police.
The incidents are said to have taken place on the evenings of July 5 and 6 at the fast food restaurant at Hollywood Park.
The fire alarm was set off on both occasions by a boy in the restaurant and, in the process, the offender has caused damage to it.
Police are looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the incident.
