A school fundraiser in south Cumbria will be supported by a team of local musicians this week.
Cartmel Priory School is hosting its annual Summer Fair on Friday, July 12 from 5.30pm to 8pm in the hope of raising 'vital funds' towards extracurricular activities.
The school shared on Wednesday that people who come along to the charity event will be entertained by The Silver Lights, Emily-Kate Unsworth, Grace Heap and David Kay.
The performances will go alongside a number of activities and stalls, such as a rainbow raffle, a football five-a-side tournament, and a car boot sale.
The star of the occasion will be a colour run, which will see parents and children take to the field whilst having paint thrown on them.
People looking to take part in the colour run will be paying £5 to support the school, with groups of five donating £20.
