Barrow RNLI Lifeboat Station is preparing to host an Open Day.
The event is scheduled to take place on July 13 from 11am to 4pm.
Visitors are welcome at the Roa Island Boathouse where the volunteer crew will be on hand give tours of the station and lifeboats.
The RNLI Souvenir Shop will be open, and there will also be a chance to try on kit worn by the crew during their rescue missions.
The lifeboats will not launch at this event.
Entry to this event is free.
