A MAN is to appear in court charged with unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm to another male.
Philip Everett, of Lyndale Avenue, is said to have committed the offence on February 19 this year in Barrow.
The 48-year-old is also alleged to have committed an affray on the same date in question at the Tally Ho Public House.
Court records allege Everett used or threatened unlawful violence towards a person at the scene which would have caused him to fear for his personal safety.
Co-accused, Tyler Tomkinson, 24, is also charged with affray on the same date and location in question.
Both men will give an appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on July 8 for their first hearings.
