POLICE are investigating the theft of a boat.
Officers are asking the public for help to find the 18ft vessel, which was stolen from Bowness Bay
The South Lakes Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) said the theft occurred around 3am on Friday, June 28.
A spokesperson from the NPT said: "The stolen boat is known to have been taken north on the lake.
"The stolen boat is identical to that shown in the images with the same company branding but bears a different name: 'ZENA'."
The public are asked to report any sightings of the boat to the police on 101, quoting log 60 of June 28.
