The presenter of the BBC’s BAFTA and multi-award winning show Scam Interceptors is set to come to Barrow next year.
Investigative journalist Nick Stapleton will host a unique evening at Barrow's Forum Theatre in which he reveals the murky world of scams and fraud.
After witnessing the alarming scale of the scam industry, Nick insists he has seen behind the curtain and emphasises why it's not good to solely on authorities or banks for protection.

Nick will be sharing some essential strategies to make sure your money stays in your pocket.
This show promises to be not just about awareness but also about action and protecting yourself and your family.
The eye-opening live show will delve into unethical practices in the hope of empowering consumers.
According to the show information: "Worryingly, the authorities convicted only 0.1% of fraud cases in Britain last year.
"With fraud representing over 40% of all crime, it’s never been more important to tool yourself up to fight back against the scammers."
Nick's live show will take place on March 1, 2025. Tickets are £28.50 plus booking fee.
