Tickets for the third Amblefest Beer and Music Festival, Ambleside's own answer to Oktoberfest, are now available.

Across three days, the Lakeland town will indulge in live music, food and drink, starting on September 27.

This year's festival promises an impressive line-up of musicians performing at four popular Ambleside venues — The Flying Fleece, The Tap Yard, The Apple Pie and The Giggling Goose.

The headline act, local tribute act Meetwood Flac, will be joined by Adrian’s Youngsters, Trigger Happy, Atomic Brass, Fiona Hanlon, Native Cult, Ultrabyte and Jim Beam.

The festival boasts an array of 40 plus beers, ales and ciders, offering attendees an opportunity to sample both unusual and traditional beverages.

For food lovers, the event will feature gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas and a hog roast.

Tickets are priced at £6 each, allowing access throughout the weekend.

Alternatively, a combination of a souvenir t-shirt and ticket is purchasable until July 31 for £16, a saving of £5.
