TWO dogs will celebrate their long and loving friendship with a 'wedding' to help launch their owner's new business.
Bonny the Golden Retriever and Oscar the black Labrador cemented their connection at Ambleside Dog Walker's Doggy Day Care.
As part of the ceremony, owners Tamsin Rogers and Nigel Oldroyd, from Ambleside, will launch Dapper Dog Weddings on Friday (June 28).
Dapper Dog Weddings is a new business which specialises in providing chaperone and dog care services for when couples tie the knot in the Lake District.

Cote How at Rydal will be the venue for this 'wedding' where Tiree Dawson will be photographing the occasion.
Brackens of Bowness will supply the floral corsages, Sir Woofchesters will provide the wedding breakfast and Lakeland Dog Treats will provide the wedding favours.
Cote How has even designed a special wedding service for them called 'Paws and Promises'.
Tamsin explained for the last five years, she and her husband have run Ambleside Dog Walker as a local family-run business. But it was now time to found a separate company focusing on providing care for dogs whose guardians are getting married, she said.
She said: "Over the past few years we have helped many couples include their dog in their special day or cared for the dogs whilst they get married - it's so rewarding to be able to help them have the 'pawfect' day with their canine loved one present and take the worry out of the day for them about who will care for their dog.
"We also love being part of the wedding supply chain and we have met some wonderful local wedding suppliers over the last few years and really enjoyed working across many of our stunning local venues too.
"It’s proved to be such a popular service that we have founded a separate company, Dapper Dog Weddings so we can continue to grow and develop it and really showcase our services.
"Dapper Dog Wedding Services makes sure that the dogs have a wonderful morning while their humans are getting ready. It’s perfect and promotes the importance of thinking about the dog’s wellbeing aspects at weddings."
