Residents in Barrow have been invited to step into the past to celebrate Armed Forces Week.
Organised by The Forum theatre, local historian Rod White will be conducting guided walks around the cemetery on Saturday, June 29 to coincide with the culmination of the national event.
These will take place at 11:00am and 2:00pm, with the first session exploring graves from World War One.
The second group will then gain a greater understanding of the graves from World War Two and the Barrow Blitz.
Armed Forces Week is running from June 24 and is a chance for the country to show its support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community - from currently serving troops to service families, veterans and cadets.
The guided walks will be free of charge, though advanced booking is required via the Forum box office.
