A HOLIDAY park in Troutbeck, Windermere confirmed that a guest had died while staying there. 

Limefitt Holiday Park gave a statement. The police found a dead man in his 40s in a holiday lodge after a call from just before 3pm on Friday, June 21.

A spokesperson for Limefitt Holiday Park said: “We are aware of the sad passing of a guest on park. The guest was discovered by a private cleaner who immediately reported it to our team, who then contacted emergency services.

"We are continuing to cooperate with police, who have deemed the incident to not be suspicious.”

The police and ambulance crews attended. The police confirmed that the incident is not being treated as suspicious however officers are carrying out inquiries on behalf of the coroner.
