In addition, we will be highlighting the shortlisted businesses in our competition in The Mail with each establishment featuring over ten issues to show our readers what they have to offer.
After this final voting stage has concluded, the winner will be crowned as The Mail's 'Hairdresser or Barber 2024' during the week commencing Monday, July 15.
Tom Murphy, head of digital at Newsquest Cumbria, said: "We were inundated with nominations and it's no surprise given the number of brilliant barbers and hairdressers we have here in south Cumbria.
"We are looking forward to shining a spotlight on each of them over future editions.
"Remember to pick up a copy of The Mail to give your favourite a chance to win."
Keep an eye out for the special editions of The Mail in the coming weeks - and don't forget to vote!
