South Lakes Police are investigating a road traffic collision in a village near Kendal.
Officers are looking into an incident involving a black Suzuki Jimny Mode.
The single vehicle road traffic collision occurred on Savinhill Road, in the village of Brigsteer.
The collision happened at approximately 11:45pm on Friday June 14.
The driver of the vehicle has sustained a head injury and has since been released from hospital.
The front seat passenger is suspected to have only minor injuries.
