A business in Barrow is hoping to honour the legacy of Dave Myers this weekend by using a Hairy Bikers recipe.
On Saturday, June 8, Barrow will be transformed into a site of celebration in the name of Myers, who passed away in February after a two-year battle with cancer.
Brunch, which arrived on the local scene back in April, will be opening its doors on Dave Day in the hope to attract their share of the thousands of people who will be coming to the area.
The owners said: "Brunch will be open this Saturday for Dave's Day and we are thinking of doing the Hairy Bikers beef chill recipe for our daily special, as well as all our sandwiches, cakes and jackets."
The business can be found at 69 Scott Street, with fans of Dave sure to be flocking to the site to try out one of his beloved recipes.
