The Forum in Barrow is celebrating local heroes with a fish supper this week to commemorate D-Day.
The theatre will be handing out free fish and chips to former or current members of the Armed Forces around June 6, the 80th anniversary of the Normandy Landings.

A spokesperson from the Forum commented: "As part of the 80th D-Day Anniversary commemorations, we are inviting local veterans and current service personnel and their families for a special fish & chip lunch.
"Help us spread the word far and wide - thank you to [our] sponsors Barrow Town Council and BAE."
