GEORGIA Stanway won a top prize at the Women's Football Awards.
Stanway, 25, who is from Askam, won the Best International Footballer of the Year prize after a public vote.
Alongside being part of the England squad, which won the Euros in 2022 and got to the final of the Women's World Cup in 2023, Stanway plays for German-club Bayern Munich.
She also recently finished 23rd in the Ballon d'Or standings.
Senior England boss Sarina Wiegman was named Manager or Coach of the Year after leading her side to the World Cup final.
She said: "I would like to thank the fans who voted for me. The fans are always supporting us and that makes this even more special."
