Cumbrian Cow Ice Cream is located on Ulverston's outskirts with the drive-thru created in the first lockdown.
Co-owner Denise Stable said: "It works incredibly well and we're very proud of it.
"We did miss having more interaction with our customers so last year we opened the Cow Shed so customers could walk in and choose from the display cabinet - as they used to when we first opened in 2016.
"We're increasingly finding customers travelling from further and further afield to enjoy our ice cream.
"We always encourage everyone to visit Ulverston to experience the unique atmosphere and the independent shops - in what we think is a very pretty market town.
"With Birkrigg common on our doorstep it's the perfect stopping place for visitors to the area to experience the wonderful views."
