Lot 22 was apartment 515 at Sand Aire House in Stramongate, which appeared at auction with a guide price of £145,000.

The Mail:

This ‘spacious’ fifth floor apartment enjoys a central location with impressive views and would make an ideal investment opportunity.

With modern fixtures and fittings throughout the accommodation was being sold fully furnished.

The apartment remained unsold at £133,000 and is still available to purchase.
