Lot ten was house number 40 on Newton Street, which appeared at auction with a guide price of £115,000.

Lot 15 was number 2 Park Road in Swarthmoor, which appeared at auction with a guide price of £85,000.

Lot 18a was the Old NatWest Bank, and its adjacent accompaniment of land on Queen Street, which appeared at auction with a combined guide price of £575,000.

Offers were made underneath the guide price, which could not be accepted, so the property remains unsold.
