A CLUB is its annual classic car show to raise money for a local charity.
Windermere and Ambleside Lions Club is hosting the event that each year raises funds for a local charity.
This year, members have chosen Carer Support South Lakes, an organisation that focuses on the needs and well-being of thousands of unpaid carers.
The event is always held on Father's Day, Sunday June 16, and with two hundred classic vehicles on display, a live band, food stalls and a bar.
It is taking place at Ayland Recreation Ground in Staveley.
A spokesperson for the club said: "It is a great way to spend a Sunday.
"The members of Windermere and Ambleside Lions Club would love to see as many people as possible and help us to raise funds for this most worthwhile organisation."
