A man from Barrow has pleaded guilty to assault following an incident in Ulverston last year.
Luke Armistead, aged 33, admitted to the charges against him when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Monday, May 13.
Armistead assaulted another man by beating him on October 13, 2023 contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
Armistead, of Rakesmoor Lane, was told to pay a fine of £355, with his guilty plea taken into consideration.
No compensation was required as the court ruled the person involved had not suffered any 'loss or damage'.
