St Mary's Hospice is hoping to celebrate its landmark anniversary in style later this year.
The hospice is marking 35 years of supporting people in the community throughout 2024.
On Thursday, the team announced the popular 'Walk to Remember' event will be returning on Friday, September 6.
This ten-mile walk will see people start at Ulverston Leisure Centre before making their way to the finish line at Furness Academy.
The aim is for everyone taking part to raise a minimum of £35 each, coinciding with the hospice's big birthday.
Adults can register for the event for £10, whilst children aged between eight and 16 can do so for £5.
