The team at Hawcoat Park have unveiled some of their plans ahead of the Keswick to Barrow this weekend.
The park will be the official finish line of the event, as well as for the Coniston to Barrow that takes place simultaneously.
Teams of between four and 12 will be putting themselves through the 40 or 21-mile routes to raise money for their chosen charities on Saturday, May 11.
A spokesperson from Hawcoat Park promised that the post-race celebrations will be 'better than ever'.
They added: "Preparations are well underway and the forecast looks good!
"This year, we will have The Can Trailer located down by the finish line to save you having to walk any further than needed."
Visitors were reminded that any alcohol brought onto the premises would be confiscated by the security team, with bags potentially being checked if necessary.
