A MAN is to appear in court charged with stealing bin bags from a popular variety store chain.
Timothy Leary, 48, of Millstone Avenue in Barrow, is said to have stolen Antihistamines and bin bags belonging to Home Bargains in Barrow on April 13 this year.
The value of the items is alleged to be £3.98.
He will give an indication of plea to a charge of theft from a shop tomorrow afternoon (May 9).
