A JURY took two and a half hours to acquit a man accused of rape and three other sexual assault charges.
Fraser Broadhead was on trial at Preston Crown Court in March this year alleged to have raped a female aged 16 or over in 2021.
The 20-year-old, of Southampton Street on Walney, was also charged with two counts of sexually assaulting a female aged 13 or over by penetration and one other count of sexual assault on a female under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
A jury acquitted Mr Broadhead of all four counts at Preston Crown Court on March 21.
