LOCAL artists are going to showcase their work at an event in Ford Park.

Ford Park is bringing back ‘Art in the Park’ on Sunday May 5 from 11am to 3pm.

Following the success of last year's Art in the Park, this event will enable local artists to showcase their work and sell their arts and crafts while supporting the Ford Park charity.

The event will take place in the courtyard, the walkway, Williams room and terrace, and the walled garden and is free for the public to attend.

Vendors have been invited to pitch up on the day and there will also be a Classic Car Show on the field.

Ford Park is welcoming visitors to the park this May for a car show, exhibiting all manner of vintage and exotic cars and bikes.

Last year, despite a wet start to the day, the Ford Park Car Show saw plenty of spectators attending the event.
