A MAN has denied he caused actual bodily harm to a woman on two occasions.
Damian O’Sullivan appeared at the Sessions House at Preston Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on March 27.
The 30-year-old, of Salisbury Road in Lancaster, offered not guilty pleas to two counts of assaulting a woman causing her actual bodily harm in Barrow on September 10 and September 17 last year.
Her Honour Judge Heather Lloyd adjourned the case for a trial on September 2.
The defendant was granted conditional bail with requirements not to enter Barrow.
